Event FAQs

What if I can’t attend live?
 All registered attendees will receive access to the full event recordings for 30 days. If you can’t attend live, the recordings constitute full delivery of the workshop.
Can I get a refund?

Yes. You can cancel for a full refund if you make the request more than 72 hours before the event. No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the event. If the organizers cancel the event, all registrants will be refunded in full.

Will this be interactive?
Yes. This is not a passive webinar. You’ll be applying what you learn in real time, using templates and guided exercises. Optional group feedback and hot seats will also be available.
Do I need to use HubSpot?
No—but you’ll see how the frameworks can be implemented in HubSpot. If you’re not using it yet, you’ll leave with a system requirements map to guide future decisions.
Will I get resources afterward?
Yes. Attendees receive editable templates, a system checklist, and post-event offers to continue working with Jan or Origin 63.
