HubSpot Senior Strategist
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior HubSpot Strategist to join our dynamic team at Origin 63. In this client-facing role, you will work directly with clients to develop tailored strategies that align with their goals and support the successful implementation of HubSpot solutions. You will be responsible for strategy blueprint creation, client training, and the seamless transition from strategy to execution.
The Senior HubSpot Strategist will lead discovery calls, optimize HubSpot’s full suite of tools, and manage complex multi-hub onboarding projects. This role requires strong collaboration with sales, implementation, project management, and development teams to ensure a smooth and strategic approach to client success. Additionally, you will play a critical role in ongoing client engagement, retention, and expansion by identifying opportunities for continued optimization and growth.
This is a temp to full-time position after a 90-day period with flextime scheduling (typically required online hours from 6 AM to 12 PM PST).
SKILLS:

Deep knowledge of HubSpot’s full suite (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations Hubs) and their integration capabilities.

Proven ability to develop comprehensive strategies that align with client goals and solve complex business challenges.

Strong skills in managing timelines, expectations, and multi-stakeholder projects across various levels of a client’s organization.

Excellent presentation and training skills, with the ability to educate client teams on HubSpot tools and concepts.

Ability to analyze project data and client feedback to refine strategies and improve project outcomes.

Experience leading discovery, solution design, and process mapping for HubSpot implementations.
