HubSpot Senior Strategist
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Strategist to join our dynamic team at Origin 63. As a Senior Strategist, you will play a key role in working directly with clients to develop tailored strategies that align with their goals and support the successful implementation of HubSpot solutions. This is a critical client-facing role where you will lead discovery calls, design strategy blueprints, and work collaboratively with both our sales and implementation teams.
You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of comprehensive strategy blueprints, managing complex multi-hub onboarding projects, and ensuring smooth transitions from strategy to execution. The Senior Strategist will also support the long-term success of clients, ensuring that our solutions evolve as their business needs change.
This position is open to all experienced Sr. HubSpot Strategists with a proven track record in managing complex, multi-hub onboarding programs and driving client success. A thorough understanding of HubSpot’s full suite of tools is essential, as is the ability to consult on all aspects of HubSpot's functionality, from sales and marketing automation to service and reporting.
Note: This is a full-time position with flextime scheduling (required online hours from 8 AM to 2 PM PST).

In-depth knowledge of HubSpot tools (All Hubs) and their integration capabilities.

Ability to lead client conversations, present solutions, and manage relationships for long-term success.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills in working with internal sales, implementation, and project management teams.

Ability to analyze project data and client feedback to refine strategies and improve project outcomes.

Proven track record of working with various client-level stakeholders to process discovery and develop strategy implementation plans that simultaneously take into account the goals of executive leadership and the needs of the end user.
